A fusion of three varieties of Sangiovese and a touch of Merlot to create a wine that brings out the perfumes and flavors that are typical of the Siena, Tuscany region.

Vintage: 2016

Rich red color, with delightful aromas of ripe red fruit followed by notes of currants, mixed berries and spices. Fine, full flavor with good balance and well-‐integrated tannins that are never aggressive, almost sweet. Warm and captivating, almost velvety, it is a very pleasing and easy to drink wine with good length.

Grape Varety: Sangiovese 85%, Merlot 15%

Harvest: Hand picked

Fermentation: in french oak barriques (225 L) for 14 to 16 days. Temperature controlled to less than 28°C.

Aging: 15 months in french oak barriques, followed by further aging in the bottle.

Production: 6500 bottles

Alcohol: 14.5%

Recommended serving temperature: 16°C -‐ 18°C

Best food match: Roasts and grilled meats.
