Jazz

A distinctive and provocative red blend that can vary every year as we take advantage of the best that nature offers. Vibrant and lively, just like the music, the structure is clearly identifiable but improvisation is part of Jazz’s repertoire thus promising to be a new discovery each year.

Vintage: 2009-2010-2011

Garnet Red, with good longevity and intensity of color. Luminous. Important perfumes typical of the great Tuscan wines. Opens with notes of violet and licorice, then quickly moves on to scents of wild berries and ripe plums. Delicate hints of anise, mint, and bay leaves.
Closes with minerality and fullness. Fresh, tasty. Persistent.

Grape Varieties: Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot

Harvest: Hand picked

Fermentation: in french oak barriques of 225 L for 14 to 16 days. Temperature controlled within 28°C.

Aging: 18 months in french oak barrique followed by 8 months in stainless steel container and then further refinement in bottles.

Alcohol: 13,5%-14,5 depending on the year

Recommended serving temperature: 16°C -‐ 18°C
